December Update / 2025
Progress Overview
Expedition Rainforest continues to make great progress with the pouring of the recessed pit that will service the Life Support Systems for Bird Island and Ray River pools. Foundations for the Aquatic Research and Conservation Center (ARCC) and back of house animal support areas are in progress.
The Restroom & SKYWILD Building is approximately 75% complete, with the start of fiber cement siding, the elevated boardwalk, and SKYWILD ticketing/gear up canopy.
The building is now dried in with the majority of the roofing complete. Inside the Restroom & SKYWILD Building, electrical and mechanical systems are being installed along with the start of drywall and ceilings.
